أول رمضان لي كامرأة مسلمة
هذا العام خاص لأسباب عديدة. في حين أنها ليست السنة الأولى من صيامي ، إنها المرة الأولى التي أصوم فيها كامرأة مسلمة ، وهو أمر أنا ممتن له وفخور به. الظروف التي تكمن وراء صيام هذا العام لها نوع مختلف من الدلالات – على سبيل المثال ، أنا لا أصوم فقط بسبب الاختيار الغريب كما فعلت في العام الماضي ، بل بسبب الرغبة في الوفاء بالالتزام الديني

أدّى آلاف المصلّين صبيحة اليوم الأربعاء، صلاة عيد الفطر في المسجد الأقصى المبارك، في الوقت الذي حرمت فيه سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية مئات الآلاف من الفلسطينيين من الوصول للقدس في أول أيام العيد.
و قد توافد آلاف الفلسطينيين منذ ساعات الفجر برفقة عائلاتهم وأبنائهم لأداء صلاتي الفجر وعيد الفطر في المسجد الأقصى، كما ملأت تكبيرات العيد أرجاء المكان حتى الانتهاء من الخطبة.
أما المتطوّعين المنظمين فقد انتشروا في باحات المسجد الأقصى، ليشاركوا الأطفال فرحة عيد الفطر، حيث قاموا بتوزيع البالونات الملوّنة عليهم، والرسم على وجوههم، إلى جانب فعاليات تعريفية بالمسجد الأقصى ومعالمه.
وفي الوقت ذاته، قامت عائلات فلسطينية بتوزيع القهوة والتمر والسكاكر على المصلّين عقب الانتهاء من صلاة العيد، كما قام آخرون بالتقاط صور جماعية لهم مع عائلاتهم.
من جهتها، ذكرت شرطة الاحتلال في بيان لها أنها ستعزّز من تواجد قواتها خلال فترة عيد الفطر في المدينة المقدّسة، خاصة شرقيّها، كما ستقوم بإغلاق عدد من المحاور الحيوية التي يتّخذها المقدسيون كطرق للوصول إلى أماكن سكناهم، كإغلاق طرق واد الجوز والسلطان سليمان.
وأضافت شرطة الاحتلال أن هذه الإغلاقات ستستمر من الساعة الرابعة والنصف عصراً حتى الساعة الثامنة مساء طيلة أيام عيد الفطر، ما سيعمل على عرقلة حركة المركبات والمواطنين.
